Robyn Drach, Ph.D., is a Licensed Clinical Health Psychologist who has a private practice and also works at the University of Minnesota, TMD, Orofacial pain clinic. She specializes in pain, geriatric, and rehabilitation psychology. She primarily works with adults who are experiencing chronic pain or chronic health conditions.
Robyn completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Cincinnati, in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she graduated with honors in psychology. She earned her master’s and doctoral degree from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota in 2006. Her research interests include chronic pain and women’s health. She completed a fellowship in Geriatric and Rehabilitation Psychology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois in 2007.
After moving to Minnesota in 2007, Robyn worked as a pain psychologist at the HealthEast Pain Center prior to working with the University of Minnesota Fairview’s Pain Management Center.
Robyn primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with her patients. She helps patients learn cognitive behavioral strategies, and has used relaxation training, biofeedback, hypnosis, mindfulness meditation, and motivational interviewing.
Robyn is enjoying her 10 year old son, and 6 year old twins. They enjoy soccer, hockey and nature walks.
Georgia Panopoulos, Ph.D., L.P.

Georgia Panopoulos, Ph.D., is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who maintains a private practice and also works at the HealthPartner’s Riverway Pain Clinic. She works with clients presenting with chronic medical illness and helps clients heal from past medical or other traumas.
Georgia is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, where she completed her undergraduate studies at Washington University. She majored in Psychology with minors in Biology and Sociology. Georgia earned a master’s degree in Experimental Psychology from Villanova University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia in 1996. To this day she attributes her acceptance to the University of Georgia to having the same name as the University.
Throughout her graduate career, her research focused on acute and chronic pain management in children and adults. Georgia completed a fellowship in Behavioral Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Georgia teaches cognitive-behavioral strategies, self-hypnosis, and uses EMDR to treat patients with chronic pain. She has worked at the University of Minnesota’s TMD clinic, Minnesota’s Head and Neck Pain Clininc, and the University of Minnesota Fairview Pain Management Center, before working with the HealthPartners Riverway Pain Clinic. She is also a frequent lecturer for the National Hemophilia Foundation.
At home, she enjoys watching her 15, 13, and 7 year old daughters on the soccer fields where Georgia spends much of her “free” time.
